What is your return and cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Changes

Personalized Items:

We all change our minds, if you decide you would like to change your order before it has shipped, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. Production of your personalized item will begin immediately after you have processed your order. Due to the fact that each item is uniquely made for our customers and to the fact that we start production straight away, please let us know up to 2 hours after placing your order that you want to cancel it. After this time frame, a 30% restocking fee may be charged. To receive a refund for an item you have already received, you will need to return the item and any free gifts you received with it before your refund is processed. In case of refunds- the account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved. Personlized watches can't be changed / cancelled or returned after they were shipped.

Unsatisfied with my choice:

If you are unsatisfied with your product (except personalized watches), we will be happy to exchange it for something else within 100 days of purchase. Your original item will need to be returned before we are able to send your new item to production. Please let us know before doing so and send a clear picture of the item. If the new item you have chosen is a different price to that of your original item, you will be sent either a money order, or a refund, whichever is appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this option, our customer care will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Non personalized item:

You have the right to return any/all non personalized product(s) you have purchased directly from our website within 100 days of receiving them. The product(s) must be unused, in it's original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact, and in the same condition it was received. You will be able to exchange for a different product, or to receive a refund.We will process the re-order of the new item or the refund once we have received the product back. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

Damaged Item:

If your item has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. You will need to send a clear image of the damaged item to a customer care representative. Once a customer care representative has received a clear picture and approved the claim, you will be offered a reorder, free of charge if the item is within warranty.

How can I change a SETT order after placing it?

If you have already placed your order but want to change the order details, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Once we begin producing an order we can still change it, but this may delay your original delivery date. Any changes made to an order before it ships will happily be accommodated, free of charge.

Changes made after an order has been shipped can be made once the item was returned to us. If there is a price difference in the item you are changing, we’ll send you either a money order or refund, accordingly (changes on personalized watches can be done before shipping only).

My jewelry is damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged! We are happy to assist you with any issues, please contact our Customer Care Team with:

  • Your Order ID number
  • A picture of the damaged item
